Carol Smith MS, RD, CSO, CNSC
Carol Smith has been working in inpatient and outpatient oncology nutrition in the Bay Area (California) for the past four years. She earned her undergraduate degree in Nutrition Science from Florida International University and her Master’s in Nutrition Science from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition and a Certified Nutrition Coach. An active member of the American Dietetic Association’s Oncology Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group, Carol’s own practice is dedicated to cancer survivorship programs.
